Description of Sub-project 4
|

|
|
|
Sub-Project 4 (Horizontal Activities) contains the Consortium Management as well as other activities that cut across the sub-projects 1-3, including dissemination and exploitation, guidelines and standards and review and assessment of the project results and achievements. SP4 has the following general objectives:
- To perform the general management process for the project and produce plans for quality- and gender management.
- To perform the dissemination and exploitation activities and deliver the plan for dissemination and use of the results.
- To review the existing guidelines and standards for IVIS and ADAS interface design, which are critical for work in Sub-Projects 1, 2 and 3.
- To review & assess the project results and achievements following a defined review & assessment plan and methodology.
The activities in SP4 are rather heterogeneous and have been gathered together for organisational rather than technical reasons.

4.0.1 Interaction Plan, M13-30 The present report describes achieved and planned interactions, both between the AIDE subprojects as well as between AIDE and other related projects. 4.1.3 Gender Equality Plan An increased gender equal recruitment procedure of employees and managers gives optimal use of the existing resources. 4.2.2 Dissemination materials including web site This document intents to present the dissemination plan developed for AIDE project. Dissemination activities are crucial for promoting the deployment of the AIDE results. Only if the results are widely deployed by the automotive industry, and accepted by the end users, they will have a real impact on road safety. 4.2.3 Initial Exploitation Plans This initial expoitation plan gives an overview over the existing results in the integrated project "Adaptive integrated Driver Vehicle Interface" (AIDE) and a perspective on expected final results. 4.2.4 Updated Dissemination Plan Since the early stages of the project, a concise dissemination plan was designed in order to assist the effective use of resources allocated to the dissemination task.
